Played about 3 games or so until I realised that the tokens notification wasn't popping up so I decided to check to see if the amount was updating. Turns out I still had the same amount as before.
Not sure if it was updated to to those who come 3rd and up or this is a straight up some kind of bug so I thought I would post it here.
I'm kinda scared they patched the whole surrender after krugs for quick token farming :/ Although I'm not getting tokens in tft for winning either rn
The problem with this bug is that people have paid for a project pass and expected to earn tokens playing TFT.
I've missed out on some of the other rewards due to bugs, and support has basically said bad luck it's beta. While it's annoying to put in time to earn something and not get it, if it's free and on beta I can accept their stance. But once they start charging money they need to provide the promised rewards.
The only thing I can think of is that the games were still pending when you checked your token balance.
I'm with you Beetle Blast I too have played many TFT games today and my project 2019 tokens quantity has not changed at all. I hope we get all the tokens we have earned today when this does get fixed by Riot. Trying to get 2000 tokens so close and would be very disappointed if I did not make it.
