It's common bug from what i have read in game chat. Picking specific champion at carousel sometimes gives me different champion and item.
In last game i took

I had a bug 2 times with renekton few min ago when he used his ULT and didnt heal up. It happened 2 times in a row then kinda was ok. ALSO... i was plat 1 with 99 LP... 1 pt away from diamond. Now im in plat 4.
REASON : Like for 3 or 4 days i just cant get decent items no matter what i build.
ALSO : i have noticed that others got like 8 items on their champs while u can get 5-6. And its without thief gloves.
Yesterday there was a case in first split when from 3 fights i got only 1 item while other dude had already 4 items from first split.
I understand sometimes its luck but it keeps happening 4th day in a row
I noticed since last patch there's 2 champs on top of each other so maybe that's what's happening
