Shen with Ionic spark doing dmg from the side line

Was in a game where the guy upgraded the two Shens tier 1 who had an ionic spark into a tier 2. The ionic spark proceded to do damage from the sideline. Wasn't just a visual bug, but in fact, was melting my gunslingers.
