"Play 12 different Origins" mission only tracking final comp?

In my first game since the current weekly missions went live, I had:

Light
- Jax (sold after using for one round)
Mountain
- Taliyah (sold after using for several rounds)
Woodland
- LeBlanc (sold after using for several rounds)
Inferno
- Annie
- Brand
- Zyra
Ocean
- Syndra
- Vladimir
Shadow
- Malzahar
- Veigar

I surrendered once 3rd place was eliminated, and tokens/stats registered within a minute of my exit since that gave the 2nd place player 1st and ended the game. The Origins mission showed 3/12. I had 6 Origins played that game, but ended with only 3.

Edit: Maybe it's only counting if you get a set buff for those origins? That isn't mentioned in the mission. "Buy X [class]" missions don't require the set bonus, just fielding that many of the class type even if it's the same champion repeatedly.

Classes aren't the same as Origins.

Origins are perks gain through environment, so, Woodland is an Origin where as Blademaster isn't.

All the Origins are as follows: Crystal Desert Electric Woodland Glacial Inferno Light Mountain Ocean Poison Shadow Steel Cloud Lunar.

All the Classes are as follows (do not count for challenge): Alchemist Assassin Avatar Berserker Blademaster Druid Mage Mystic Predator Ranger Summoner Warden Soulbound.

All perks counted are the ones you have active in your team when your game ends. (Having just Veigar in your team won't get you the shadow perk for example, you need an active perk, so any non active perks are discarded)

But seriously, I had a similar issue last night. Perhaps it only counts the origins with active bonuses that you end the game with?

I feel like it's counting half of the origins, or maybe the quest is 6, but they put 12 by mistake? I just played 11 origins at once, and my quest is still 6/12 after 4 games.

Think it has to be a "set" but ya, as normal, they are quite vague in the quest description.
