Missing Champion in Ranked TFT Game

Hello to any Dev who sees this.

Have been playing TFT for a while and been enjoying, thought I would report a bug though. Played a ranked TFT game today. Was going for a Yordle comp and was looking for a Gnar. Game was getting late and it was strange I had not come across one yet. Noticed that no one had Gnar on their team or bench so asked in chat if anyone had seen one. Four different players responded and stated that they did not see one this game in their rolls. I did end up getting 2nd, so I was in the game for a long time and was a high level. When the game ended myself, and the guy who got first still had not seen one. Are some champions made randomly unavailable for random games?

Thanks for your consideration. Wouldn't bring this up or take the time to write this if it didn't seem like a legitimate bug.
