Game just doesn't start loading (but is live)

I have gotten around 4 leaver penalties for this in the last 30-40-ish games, is anyone else experiencing this? if i close the client and log back in there's no connect button, and if i restart the PC i usually end up being too late to rejoin

It has been happening to me too. I got demoted because of this. I'm not playing anymore until this is fixed.
