Can't Claim Orb

I've fully charged up my orb, but I can still only click the "play" button, "claim" is completely greyed out. Is anyone else having this problem?

I had the orb fully charged last night. Couldn't collect til my timer ran out and today was able to collect it for 120xp I think. But ya, last night, fully charged and could only click play til the timer reset..

I'm upset that I couldn't claim my orbs when the tft page was disabled. And now they've gone and reset the rewards so I missed out on the purple arena skin :(
