TFT mode, no shopping store, can't surrender or quit, stuck in the game

8 players stuck in the game mode. We can't buy anything at all. Just one champ from begaining to end. Tried quit, but cannot do anything other than reconnect. Worst experience ever. Waste more than half an hour on it.

same thing happened to me. Surrendered and lost 55points. hopefully i can get my points back
