Instead of new Items and champions, can we get the game working properly for once?

I have the common bug of the camera locking onto my little legend instead of the game board. There are no settings I can change to fix this. My only option is to reload the game. I was baffled that after several patches, this issue wasn't fixed but on top of that with this recent patch, my synergy bar will disappear completely if I attempt to reload the game to fix the first issue.

So essentially I have to choose between which bug I want to deal with in every game I play.
